Renee has spent 20+ years in healthcare, and while OB nursing will always  be her passion, her purpose has evolved.

Today, she specializes in nursing education, student success, retention, and learning design. As a PN instructor and student retention and persistence strategist she continues to help nursing students figure out how they learn, improve how they study, strengthen their test-taking skills, and ultimately succeed in nursing school and on NCLEX®.

Renee is less interested in telling students to “study harder.”

She wants to know why what they’re doing isn’t working, and design a better pathway forward.
